Simple Baby Tracker is designed with privacy in mind.
Your baby profiles, activity logs (feed, diaper, sleep, pump, bath, milestone, health, growth), notes, photos, and analytics are stored locally on your device by default. We do not operate a central server that collects or stores your personal baby data.
Certain optional features, such as family sharing, cloud sync, and backups, may require limited information to be processed by trusted third-party service providers.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
Simple Baby Tracker stores information locally on your device to provide its core functionality.
This may include:
- Baby profiles (name, birthday, photo)
- Activity logs (feed, diaper, sleep, pump, bath, milestone, health, growth)
- Photos and notes
- Family and caregiver associations
- App preferences and settings
- Statistics and insights generated from your data
This information remains on your device unless you choose to sync or back up your data.
3. Family Sharing & Cloud Sync (Optional)
Simple Baby Tracker offers optional family sharing and cloud sync features that allow you to share data with caregivers.
If you choose to enable these features:
- You will be asked to sign in with your Google account
- Family and baby data may be stored securely to enable syncing across devices
- We do not have access to your personal baby data beyond what is required to provide sync functionality
- You may leave a family or remove caregivers at any time from within the app
4. Purchases
Simple Baby Tracker may offer optional premium features through a one-time in-app purchase.
Purchases are processed and validated by Google Play Billing (Google Play).
Google Play may process limited information necessary to complete and validate the purchase, such as:
- Purchase identifiers
- Purchase status
- Device-related identifiers required for billing

Simple Baby Tracker may use analytics services, including PostHog, to understand how the app is used and to improve the user experience.
Analytics data may include:

We do not use analytics services to collect the contents of your baby logs, notes, photos, or other personal data stored locally on your device unless explicitly stated within the app.

Simple Baby Tracker is intended to help parents and caregivers track information about their babies.
If you are under the age required to consent to data processing in your country, you should use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
